Chief Customer Officer
Customers are the name of the game for Taft. He heads up our industry-leading customer onboarding, customer success, and support teams.
He makes sure our users are given the full VIP treatment: engagement, monitoring, and Rocky-Balboa-style fist pumps. Taft has eight additional years in the commercial real estate industry under his belt, including 400-location retail giant Lowe’s Home Improvement.
Taft inherits his love of making things - the process, artistry, and romance of it all - from his father, who was a jeweler, a master craftsman and a talented woodworker. In his spare time, he’s with his family, ripping through the woods on his mountain bike, or in his wood shop covered in man glitter (aka sawdust).
