Chief Customer Officer
Taft has been with AMTdirect for nine years and has managed several areas of the company, including the Professional Services Group (PSG), which he managed for four years. As Chief Customer Officer he is responsible for the company’s Customer Success Program, a comprehensive strategy to engage with, monitor and ensure customers achieve success with all AMTdirect solutions. He is also responsible for Customer Support and many of the company’s educational outreach initiatives.
Prior to joining AMTdirect, he served over eight years in the commercial real estate industry, including roles as Site Incentives Manager and Property Manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement, where he was responsible for more than 400 stores throughout the Southeast and Midwest. He holds a degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
