We perform a thorough client interview to review your portfolio and coordinate with you to determine your desired abstraction detail. Financial terms, option details, clauses, and even citation style are captured in a project document and then used by our experienced project managers and lease reviewers throughout the engagement. We read every contract/lease document and file, in its entirety, to uncover hidden details and ensure accuracy. Plus, all abstracts are reviewed by an experienced abstraction coordinator before being released. Finally contract/lease issues, including missing documents, discrepancies and inconsistencies, are provided with our abstracts and may be readily reported on to ensure all items are resolved in a timely manner.
