AMTdirect was founded in 1996 as a consulting company offering real estate professionals and organizations enhanced tools and services, including lease abstraction, technology selection, training and system integration to make their real estate easier to manage.

In 2000, AMTdirect released the first version of our cloud based software to help companies streamline their real estate information and track electronic documents more efficiently.  After many enhancements over the years, primarily based on feedback from our client base, AMTdirect is now in use by many of the country's leading companies and has become one of the top applications on the market.

On July 19, 2012, AMTdirect proudly released the industry’s first and only FREE Real Estate Management Software to the world.  Our decision to do this was an easy one; we simply want to make AMTdirect available to anyone, small and large companies, who would like to use it at no cost to see if it will work for them.  If they like it and it meets their needs, then over time as they grow their business and want more advanced functions, they will be willing to add the advanced features for small incremental costs when they are ready.
