Marketing Specialist
Is responsible for AMTdirect marketing initiatives. These responsibilities include: website, publications, branding, research, etc. Assists and supports others in the achievement of AMTdirect’s and/or department’s goals.
Primary Responsiblities
Includes the following, others may be assigned.
- Performs market research/analysis and develops marketing strategies focused at exceeding sales and/or marketing goals.
- Determines the most effective market research methods to track demographic trends and market demands.
- Manages assigned marketing projects, including budget, scope and timeline.
- Is responsible for the creation of marketing collateral, including research, branding, copywriting, etc.
- Coordinates all literature development. Serves as a primary copywriter for newsletter(s), news releases, articles, case studies etc.
- Manages AMTdirect website: updates, maintenance and upgrades. Conducts marketing research and analysis for products, collateral, etc. Tracks industry blogs. Prepares reports.
- Develops, organizes and implements of direct mail campaigns.
- Coordinates the legal and compliance review process of materials.
- Maintains marketing portion of company-wide Intranet site.
- Manage Google Adwords Account
- Responsible for managing lead generation campaign.
- Coordinates annual Users’ conference and other marketing events.
Additional Duties and Responsiblities
- Complies with all company policies and procedures. Performs duties in compliance with quality and safety policies, procedures and programs.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude towards the company, management, other employees, and customers. Participates in assigned activities, assignments and projects to further elevate the company team spirit. Assist and supports others in the achievement of AMTdirect’s and/or department’s goals.

CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university; AND five years/plus of work experience; combination of work and experience may be considered.
