Client Success Associate
Is responsible for building and maintaining a sales pipeline including lead qualifications, web-based demonstrations, proposal generation and account management and tracking using Customer Relation Management (CRM) software. Assists and supports others in the achievement of AMTdirect’s company or departmental goals.
Primary Responsiblities
Includes the following, others may be assigned.
- Owns the follow-up and qualification activities for leads that are generated via the corporate web-site.
- Is able to explain concepts and technical information to unskilled computer users.Is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy and assist clients.
- Clearly communicates AMTdirect’s product and solutions over the phone, e-mail or web-ex, drawing upon a thorough understanding of the value of the AMTdirect application and industry “best practices”.
- Responds to requests for information from prospects and coordinate software and web services presentations. Overcomes objections and effectively responds to prospect questions relating to AMTdirect solutions, competitor products and other business or technical issues.
- Maintains and tracks appropriate prospect and customer information in CRM software.
- Takes customization request(s) from clients. Sends the request requests to Client Team Lead(s) for evaluation and quote.
- Works with the Sales team to create tools and/or processes that make the inside lead qualification process more effective and efficient.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings and report progress and issues in attaining objectives.

Job Description/Expectations: Client Success Associate
Certification, Education, and Experience:
MINIMUM: An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, business administration, computer science, finance or related field; AND three-to-five years property management accounting, lease administration or real estate industry experience;
PREFERRED: Three-to-five years of experience in a client/customer-service work environment; a minimum of two years of entry level telephone sales/marketing experience; a combination of work and experience may be considered.
Computer/Technical Skills:
Technically proficient; adept in learning new software environments; proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel; good typing skills; knowledge of Sales force or other CRM tools highly desirable; experience working with new technologies in a fast-paced environment is highly desired.

- Has a passion for sales coupled with a proven ability to effectively and efficiently qualify prospects. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to quickly establish credibility gathering contact and account information through various modes of communication, e.g., phone, e-mail, etc.
- Possesses well-developed verbal and written communications skills.
- Possesses a professional, helpful attitude at all times; and effective telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to quickly establish credibility gathering contact and account information.

- Is able to provide follow-up to users to maintain positive user perspective; demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Has a strong information technology/computer skills – MRI, YARDI, AMTdirect or Accruent (or other accounting or real estate application software experience) knowledge a strong plus. Is a confident self-starter who possesses an analytical and inquisitive mind-set; and is motivated by client satisfaction.
- Is able to provide follow-up to users to maintain positive user perspective; demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Has a strong information technology/computer skills – MRI, YARDI, AMTdirect or Accruent (or other accounting or real estate application software experience) knowledge a strong plus.
- Makes and keeps commitments/confidences. Demonstrates a good work ethic.
- Has the willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions.
