Client Services Manager
The Client Services Manager develops and manages professional service projects, including lease abstraction, lease administration, FASB consulting and software implementation services for AMTdirect clients.
Reports to: Vice President, Professional Services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and manage professional service projects, including lease abstraction, lease administration, FASB consulting and software implementation services.
2. Manage assigned client accounts by determining client’s implementation success criteria, consulting on system and industry best practices during software installation, and serving as first level for escalation for issues by/with clients.
3. Manage software implementation projects by performing initial client interviews and preparing detailed project planning, data integration requirements, budgeting, resource management and profitability analyses.
4. Manage communication with clients to ensure client concerns and priorities are known to management and escalated for resolution when necessary.
5. Approve all client billings, SOWs and estimates, and provide monthly report to accounting for total billings and/or accruals.
6. Assess the need for project resources, manage resource allocation and coordinate with VP of HR and Client Team Coordinator to hire and train required resources. 7. Provides weekly updates on project status and monthly updates to the VP of Professional Services.
8. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for technology, customers, project management and problem solving.

- Knowledge of database software. Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and report writers.
CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum: A Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university in Real Estate, Accounting or related field; five/plus years experience in commercial real estate property accounting and/or professional services consulting; strong project management; a combination of work and experience will be considered.
- Desired: Strong consulting/project management/real estate accounting experience, or experience with AMTdirect or other real estate management/accounting systems preferred but not required.
- Travel: Up to 25%
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Possesses software/technical expertise; adept in learning new software environments; proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Project Manager. Working knowledge of real estate management or accounting systems (such as AMTdirect, MRI, Yardi, etc).
