Lincoln Harris Awards AMTdirect Contract for Web-Based Lease Administration and Document Management


CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 2002--Lincoln Harris, a comprehensive real estate services firm, has selected AMTdirect as their preferred lease administration and document management platform for its portfolio of managed properties in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Lincoln Harris most recently adopted this application for one of its larger clients, Bank of America, for their 60-story headquarters facility, Bank of America Corporate Center, as well as other Bank of America signature facility locations including The Odell Building and Transamerica Square.

Asset Management Technologies, the developer of AMTdirect, also provided complete implementation services including lease abstraction, lease auditing, scanning and data conversion services for the Bank of America properties. AMT completed the implementation in less than one month.

Lincoln Harris worked with AMT to customize a system that would best suit the needs of their clients, including the more than 2 million square feet of real estate that Lincoln Harris manages on behalf of Bank of America in Charlotte.
