Meredith & Grew, Inc. - ONCOR International Deploys Asset Management Technologies' AMTdirect as Their Web-Based Lease Administration and Document Management Platform


CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 2002--Asset Management Technologies, Inc., (``AMT''), announces that Meredith & Grew, Inc. - ONCOR International has licensed the AMTdirect application.

Meredith & Grew will initially use AMTdirect to provide Lease Administration and Document Management for its portfolio of five million square feet of managed and owned properties.
