Staying active gained Chris an additional $250,000 in annual CAM costs.

AMTdirect’s consultation services alerted a Landlord that they were missing out on an opportunity to receive an additional $250,000 a year in CAM charges. The discovery informed the landlord that the CAM charges, previously thought to be included in the Base Rent, were not being included. As a result, thousands of dollars were not being charged to the Tenant.
