Since our inception in 1996, AMT has worked hard to establish itself as the leader in web based technologies in corporate and commercial real estate, as well as creating one of the largest consulting practices in the industry. Through our technology, AMTdirect, we add significant value to our client’s in helping manage complex real estate portfolios. Through our consulting practice, AMT has performed many of the largest data implementation projects in the industry. We have audited and abstracted more than 100,000 leases through our applications to date. One of our largest projects AMT has conducted was the abstraction and auditing of more than 4,000 leases in a three month time frame, including complete document imaging. Accomplishing projects of this magnitude is no simple feat but AMT has the staffing and experience to get it done. Our corporate office is located just outside of Charlotte, NC.
