Scott T. Schubert
President, Chief Executive Officer - CEO, Board Member



Scott is President, Chief Executive Officer and a principal of AMTdirect, which he co-founded with his brother, Dan in 1996.

With over twelve years in the commercial real estate industry and significant technical experience, Scott is the principal architect for technology initiatives, research and development at AMTdirect, and plays a key role in overseeing the corporate finances and sales. Scott has proven experience in the development, design and implementation of complex technologies involved in managing diverse
real estate holdings.

Under Scott’s leadership, AMTdirect has created one of the industry’s most thorough and flexible lease administration systems! His passion to innovate and exceed customers’ expectations has provided AMTdirect’s clients with easy-to-use solutions that maximize efficiency and profits.

Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, Scott worked in public accounting providing financial and taxation consulting services for a large, privately-held, international accounting firm. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina, Asheville and is a Certified Public Accountant of North Carolina.

When Scott is not working, you will find him heading out to a softball game; working out in the gym; enjoying time with his wife Egle. Scott’s love of family carries over to his “AMTdirect family.” AMTdirect management supports an open, diverse, flexible work environment and values functional and technical skills. Daniel M. Schubert
Chief Client Officer - CCO, Board Member



Daniel is Chief Client Officer and a principal of AMTdirect, which he co-founded with his brother, Scott in 1996.

From his successful careers in both the computer and banking industries, Daniel has utilized his knowledge and expertise at AMTdirect by overseeing general operations, business development, and more specifically the success of the Client Services Group (CSG).

Several major accomplishments of AMTdirect’s CSG group include:

• A 1,700 - Location/Lease AMTdirect software implementation and lease abstraction and data conversion project for Stop & Shop Supermarkets.
• A 3,000 - Location/Lease AMTdirect software implementation and abstraction project for BB&T bank.
• A 1,000 - Location/Lease AMTdirect software implementation, abstraction project, and data conversion for Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (Lowe’s Home Improvement).
• A 4,000 - Property/Lease abstraction and data conversion project for New Plan Excel Realty Trust.

Daniel’s knowledge and expertise relating to large scale consulting projects was invaluable in creating the largest implementation and abstraction practice in the industry!

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of North Carolina Asheville. His prior work experience includes: sales, application design and implementation, strategic planning, large-scale project management and consulting services for one of the nation’s largest financial banking institutions.

In his free time, Daniel loves spending time with his wife, Patricia and their three children, Andersen, Sadie and Trey. Other interests include working out, spending time at the lake and investing.

Kenneth Osley
Vice President of Finance



Kenny Osley is Vice President of Finance and he joined the AMTdirect team in 2000. He plays a key role in directing and managing AMT’s financial operations.

Prior to joining AMTdirect, he worked at Blue Ridge Area Authority helping to maintain and effectively utilize its $35 million budget. In 1997, Kenny became Chief Financial Officer of Blue Ridge Area Foundation Inc., a subsidiary of the Authority. There he maintained a financial operation staffed with more than 200 employees. His responsibilities included: preparing of the annual budget; overseeing monthly financials; ensuring external report obligations are met; developing internal controls and operations management.

Kenny is a dynamic professional with a solid accounting background. His understanding in the importance of documentation, policies, and controls are the financial backbone within any organization. As a member of AMTdirect management, Kenny is responsible for financial and operational controls within the organization; assisting with contract negotiations; and the overall AMT financial obligations.

A native of Homestead, Florida, Kenny graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant of North Carolina.

In his free time, Kenny enjoys spending time with his wife Teri and two daughters, Jena and Chelsea; traveling; fishing; or just relaxing with his two dogs, Barley and Oats.

Richard L. Taylor Jr.
Vice President of Information Technology



Richard L. Taylor Jr. is Vice President of Information Technology for AMTdirect. In this role, he is responsible for leading the strategy, research, design, and development of software products that are a part of AMTdirect’s Active Real Estate Management Solutions.  In addition, he provides vision and leadership for all activities of the IT department as well as IT solutions that enhance AMTdirect’s mission-critical business operations.

Richard has over 20 years of software development and information technology experience as a software engineer, lead developer, system administrator, and IT director. Prior to joining AMTdirect, Richard served as Vice President/Manager of Software Development and Design at Bank of America in the Information Security Department.  During his seven years at Bank of America, he held various staff and management positions in Information Technology.

In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, Shondrecca, and their four children.

Jeannette Luc
Vice President of Human Resource



Jeannette Luc joined the AMTdirect team in 2005 in the role of VP of Human Resource. She is responsible for recommending, designing, and implementing a variety of human resource plans, programs, and processes to meet AMTdirect’s organizational performance needs and overseeing its continuing evolving corporate culture.

Formally trained as a psychologist, Jeannette brings a broad range of experience and expertise in psychology, management and most recently, human resource. The common underlying theme of course is: involvement with people and managing systems and processes.

As a member of the AMTdirect’s management team, Jeannette directs and manages: the recruitment and retention process; compensation and benefit administration; legal compliance; staff development and training; succession planning; and communications. In support of AMTdirect’s principles, values, vision and mission, it is the HR mission to support the total operation by meeting its goals through AMTdirect's most valuable resource – it's people!

Jeannette is a graduate of Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology. She graduated from Augusta College, Augusta, Georgia with a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology. As part of her on-going professional development, she obtained her Senior Professional of Human Resource certification.

A native of Fremont, Ohio, Jeannette and her husband, Jay now consider North Carolina "Home." They have two grown sons, Ryan and Garrett. She actively supports Jay in his consulting business, and also enjoys staying current in her chosen career, reading, traveling, or just relaxing with their four dogs.
